I used Brad Beller for two projects on my home, a partial basement remodel and a 400 sq ft composite deck. Brad and his team were professional, detail oriented and extremely polite and neat. I am a wood worker so I appreciate the detail that Brad delivers on. Our new deck is beautiful and well built. I will use Brad for all my future construction needs. I feel fortunate to have found an old school professional who knows his trade and the meaning of customer service and great communication.

Brad and his team are nothing short of amazing! From the very first contact with Brad to the finished product my husband and I felt 100% confident that our deck would not only look amazing but be safe for our family. Brad knew what he was talking about and told us certain things about our existing deck that others had left out. He was honest and upfront with everything from start to finish. As soon as he left the initial meeting we knew he was our guy! His response time and availability was spot on and we now will be able to enjoy our deck for the entire deck season of Chicago!
The entire decking process was seamless from the time of removal to rebuild thanks to Andy, Brett and Andrew!! They were always professional and answered any questions throughout without hesitation. Genuinely hardworking, trustworthy and very attentive to detail. At the end of every day they made sure that the area was clean and picked up. The finished product is amazing and we honestly couldn't have hoped for anything better. We would 100% recommend Brad and his team and will use them for projects that come up in the future!

I can't say enough good things about my experience working with Brad and his crew. Brad has an artistic eye and essentially designed the layout of my new deck as well as selected the color and railing style. It's just perfect! His crew was professional, competent, careful, friendly ... honestly a pleasure to have around. I will be using them again for any and all future projects. You should too!
Brad and his crew just finished the construction of my deck. What a professional crew. Communications were excellent. I was informed all along the way. The deck is so sturdy I don't think a tornado could take it out. The project was completed in less than two weeks and I couldn't be happier with the end result. I would recommend him to my friends.
Brad built my deck several years ago. When it was no longer in warranty, I had one of the deck lights go out. I called Brad and he sent out someone to fix it. A wire had been chewed through by a rodent. It was a bit complicated to repair and it took a bit of time, but it was repaired and he was kind enough not to charge me. That is above and beyond good service.
Brad Beller did a magnificent job for us on two major exterior projects: the construction of a backyard deck and the construction of a front porch with ramp. His consummate professionalism and that of his team was matched only by the quality craftsmanship that exceeded our expectations. Brad Beller knows construction permit requirements and quality workmanship backwards and forwards. When a previous contractor and the city permitting department missed mistakes that were made in our deck construction, Brad found the problems and knew how to fix them. He was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. You'll be in good hands with him in charge of your next home improvement project.
